Anchor & Amplify
a 4-part Kundalini yoga series
Fridays @ 9-10:15am ET
Starting Jan 31st
I’ve been saying this for a while. Somatic practices are what will keep us steady as the systems we’ve been living in crumble down.
We are collectively transforming.
And if we don’t flow with it, it’s gonna hurt.
Because the transformation is going to happen whether you like it or not. Whether you dig your heels in and refuse or you open yourself to the flow.
It’s gonna happen anyway, so will you put your head in the sand and make it a harder experience for yourself? Or will you trust in yourself and your abilities to hold yourself and flow with the changes?
I want to help as many people to arm themselves with tools that will keep them anchored and grounding during this time of upheaval and transformation.
And we’re gonna start with —you guessed it— Kundalini yoga!
I’m running an online 4-part series of Kundalini yoga classes starting Friday, Jan 31st at 9am ET.
It’s called Anchor and Amplify because we’ll be practicing kriyas (specific sets of exercises and mantras) that will help anchor our bodies and our breath so that we can amplify our innate power in order to stay steady in the face of dramatic change.
These classes are for every body. All levels. No prior experience needed.
Just a willingness to listen to your body and what it is telling you.
