Grounding Yourself
In Liberation
a restorative workshop
The world is on fire. Everywhere we turn, there is atrocity after atrocity, destruction after destruction. Colônialism, cápitalism, whyte supremäcy. Pâléstine, the Congö, Súdan. Empíre wrecking havoc on our planet.
We need to ground ourselves in order to not lose our minds. To stay steady. To stay the course. Yes, our hearts break over and over again --and YES we will continue to fight over and over again. But if our minds are not with us, if our minds are not clear, it is harder to fight for líbëration. Join me in community THIS FRIDAY 10/25, 12-1:30pm ET for an experience in grounding yourself. To learn tools for anchoring yourself during this time of great upheaval. It's so essential to stay rooted so that together, we can build a world founded on libêrátion.
